THE STRATEGIC SHIFT AND NEW DIRECTIONS

EECMY-DASSC as a church based not- for -profit organization has decided to move forward with important choices that are different from the previous strategy period to work towards betterment and success in the next five years as detailed here under.

Thematic Consolidation

In the previous SP, five development and social service programs have been implemented in different parts of the country. In the new strategy, EECMY-DASSC has made a deliberate choice to consolidate its thematic focus into three major pillars with Gender, DRR, care for environment and CCA as a cross cutting themes.

 

The program pillars are:

  • Livelihood Development
  • Education and Child Development
  • Health and Nutrition and
  • Humanitarian response¬†
